Removal

2AR-FE EMISSION CONTROL: CANISTER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the fuel tank assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY (except PZEV)

(a) Disconnect the air inlet tube.





(b) Disconnect the connector, clamp and purge line hose.





(c) Remove the 2 bolts, clip and charcoal canister assembly.





3. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY (for PZEV)

(a) Disconnect the vacuum hose, purge line hose and vent hose.





(b) Remove the 2 bolts, clip and charcoal canister assembly.





4. REMOVE TRAP CANISTER WITH OUTLET VALVE ASSEMBLY (for PZEV)

(a) Disconnect the air inlet tube.





(b) Remove the nut and trap canister with outlet valve assembly.
